COMPENSATION TO NORWAY Press Association —By Telegraph —Copyright OSLO, January 29. (Received January 30, at 10 a.m.) Germany has agreed to pay Norway about £330,000 as compensation for Norwegian seamen killed or wounded during the war through the German submarine campaign. The Norwegian Government will devote the money to the families of the vicitims.
