m.S FOR OHKIA Trasi Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SHANGHAI., January 27, The Czcebo - Slovakian steamer Praga, while en route from Manilla to Tsingtao, was attacked by a Cantonese gunboat off the Shantung coast, and a three-hour running light ensued. It was stated that the Praga earned 90,UU0 rifles and 7,0(J0,00U rounds ol ammunition which was ordered by Chang Chung-Chang, military governor of Shantung, through a German firm.
