The final report of the Royal Commission on Customs and Excise duties has been tabled in a 23-page' book. Drastic changes to prevent smuggling aro recommended, including the abolition of all bonded export liquor 'warehouses, which, if adopted, will ban the export of liquor from Canada.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
