TOKIO, January 27. The establishment of a Japanese Legation at Ottawa has been decided on.
CANADA EXTENDING SERVICE,
OTTAWA, January 29. (Received January 30, at 10 a.m.) Officials predict the early and rapid growth of the Canadian diplomatic service. Ministers will he appointed to Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa, in addition to London, Paris, Tokio, and other countries where Canadian trade is largo or promising.—Sydney Sun ’ Cable.
