BIRDWOOD.—Pied at Auckland, James Stewart, second son of the late James Stewart Birdwood, and grandson of the late Judge Birdwood, Bombay, and loved brother of C. Robertson, 456 Anderson’s Bay road. PATTERSON.—On 28th January, 1928, at the residence of his son, Eklerlce street, Milton, William Patterson; aged 81 years. “ At rest.” SAUNDERS.—On January 28, 1928, at the Ross Home, N.E. Valley, Dunedin, Henry Kiplin, beloved husband of the late Mary Saunders; in his eighty-fifth year. “At rest.” Private interment. —G. J. Thorn, undertaker.
