REGULATION OF THE AREA Dealing with the subject of the reclamation of Mussel Bay, the animal report of the Harbor Board states:— “As the reclamation of any area is dependent on the quantity of dredgings available in the immediate locality, and as, with ho increase in tonnage, a constant demand is made on the services of Dredge 222 lor urgent work in the harbor, particularly in the steamers’ basin, Dunedin, it was decided that, on completion of the necessary dredging in Hamilton .Bay, the Vulcan ho transferred to Dunedin to finish Bogan Bark and the Leith Estuary.
