The following hold portfolios:—Mr Butt, Foreign Affairs; Mr Nygaardsvold (who was a warehouse worker), Agriculture; Mr Steinnes (schoolmaster), Education; Mr Nil seen (goldsmith), Public Works; Mr Alvestad (master baker), Commerce; and Mr Monsen (teacher), Defence.
