(Received January 27, at 1.35 p.m.) The ‘ Daily Mail,’ in connection with the penny postage, says that business organisations throughout Britain are combining to ask Mr Winston Churchill and the Postmaster-General to receive deputations in favor of a reduction. Even greater force is national sentiment.
