. ' RUGBY, January 25. (Received January 26, at noon.) It is learned that the Air Ministry has decided to make, an attempt at Calshot in March on the world s speed record at present held by an Italian pilot. Major Do Bernaidi. The machine used will be a supermarine Napier seaplane of the type employed in the Schneider trophy race, but the pilot has not yftt been selected.
