Eve Harrison, £ll, goods supplied. TENANCY CASES. An order for possession of a house was made in a case; Arthur Grant Shcrriff v. Doris Arthur, to be carried into effect on or before February 9. Judgment for £6, due as outstanding rent, was also entered against the defendant. An order for possession was also made in a case. Louis G. Birkner v. Mrs Minnie Scot* with costs (28s), to lie carried into effect on or' before February 9. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. William Gray Grigg was ordered to pay Fanny Enulv Louisa Foote the suia of £l4 2s lid ‘with costs (£1 2s), in default fourteen days’ imprisonment, warrant to he suspended if he pays th> above-mentioned sum at the rate tma weels.
