WHALE CHASER CONVERTED TO OYSTERING. The Norwegians recently sold two of the whaler chaser fleet to purchasers, who intended them for trawling. One went to Lyttelton, the other to Bluff. The latter arrived at Port Chalmers yesterday afternoon for docking, and her appearance has been materially altered by her being fitted for oystering and fishing generally. Re-christened Teratahi, the ex-whaler chaser is now a smart-looking craft, and is expected to prove remunerative, especially in the oyster season. She goes into drydock here for renovation and for completion of details of refitment. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. WELLINGTON.
