AGAINST TIME WINNIPEG AVIATOR’S INTENTION. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright OTTAWA, January 24. (Received January 25, at 11.2(3 a.m.) Lieutenant B. Belcher, of Winnipeg, disclosed that be will undertake a flight around the globe against time this year, in addition to the Antarctic flight in August with Commander Byrd.
