Young, of New Zealand, produced at Kew Theatre his farce, ‘Just As You Say, Dear,’which was received with roars of laughter. It was first produced by the Victoria College students at Wellington a couple of years ago. [Mr G. H. R. Young attended Nelson College from 1918 to 1922, going in the latter year to the University of Auckland. In 1926 he went to Wellington and produced for the Victoria College students the farce ‘Just As You Say, Dear,’ to take the place of the annual extravaganza. He left for England shortly after the play’s successful run in Wellington in order to obtain greater experience as a playwriter. Much of his time in England he has spent in remodelling and recasting this play.]
