LONDON, January 23. The question of the reprieve of the Rowlands and Driscoll was mentioned in many Cardiff churches and at numerous street gatherings. A woman knelt outside the gaol praying for some minutes on Sunday morning. Mrs Edward Rowlands spent the dajp distributing petition forms, and it is stated that the signatures will soon number 1,000,000.
