RESUMPTION GF PENNY POST TARIFF REVISIONS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA, January 13. (Received January 14, at 9.50 a.m.) A forecast of the Canadian Budget indicates a resumption of the penny postage to Britain and other parts of the Empire, a cut in tho sales tax, and a downward revision of the tariff on cotton and woollens. Tho cigarettes tax will be cut 60 per cent.
