MR NEALY’S RESIGNATION (British Official News.) Press Association—By Wireless—Copyright RUGBY, January 9. (Received January 10, at noon.) At a dinner in honor of Air T. Healy, the President, Mr Cosgrave, in proposing his health, said that the appointment of an Irish Democrat to be their first Governor-General was proof of the essential democracy of their new institutions. Air Healy had sustained his position with high dignity and exalted courage, and it was with deep feelings of regret that the Executive Council had granted his petition to be relieved from the cares of State.
