MINE EXPLOSION
DISASTER IN ILLINOIS THIRTY MEN TRAPifSO Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, NEW YORK, January 9. (Received January 10, at 10.40 a.m.) A. message from West Frankfort (Illinois) says that approximately thirty miners were trapped by an explosion. The officials are at present unable to estimate tho number of casualties. Rescue crews art attempting to reach the trapped men.
