ALMOST A CYCLING TIUCEDY The Cyclists’ Touring Club was enjoying its weekly pedal recently when one of the members was constantly being chaffed for his gloomy face, notwithstanding that every other member was enjoying the outing. “ Well, wouldn’t you be out of sorts,” he retorted, “if you had forgotten your tobacco! ” “No!
