(Received October 28, at 9.10 a.m.) The Church Temperance Society of the Protestant-Episcopal Church announced on Thursday that the’returns of the second pool throughout the nation of Episcopal clergymen showed that they voted , two to ono that Prohibition was not the best .solution of the liquor jwoblem, and that the Volstead Act should be amended.
