ABUSIVE HAWKER
GAOL FOR TWELVE MONTHS [Per United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, October 27. In the Police Court, William Frighting, aged forty-nine, was sentenced to twelve months’ in gaol for hawking tinware without a license. He was stated to ho afflicted with St. Vitus dance, and to be a menace to women. When lie called at their hack doors ho became abusive when they refused to purchase goods from him.
