BANKRUPT LORD
RECEIVING ORDER ISSUED NO ASSETS, Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, October 20. (Received October 27, at 1.30 a.in.) A receiving order lias been issued against Lord Loughborough, who was previously bankrupt in 192-1. His liabilities amount to £18,120, and there arc no assets. When lie applied tor bis discharge bankrupt said that he was much handicapped by his title from obtaining employment. The Earl oi Rosslyii also paid bis son’s debts on an earlier occasion, totalling £20,000. [ln July, 1920, Lady Sheila Loughborough was granted a divorce against Lord Loughborough. She charged her husband with drunkenness and adultery.]
