(Received July 23, at 10.30 a.m.) Dawson and Co., in reviewing the wool sales, state that the result establishes a remarkably sound basis of ■ralues generally, strengthening the position of raw material, which has been most perplexing for the English and American manufacturers, who see little to encourage such confidence.
