Second innings 26 for two wickets: Notts won by eight wickets. For Middlesex against Gloucester Hendren made 140. Haig took six wickets for 43. For Gloucester Parker took five wickets for 114. Middlesex won. For Lancashire against Northants Tyldesley took live wickets for 47. Lancashire won. For Warwick against Kent Partridge took four for 11. Warwick won. For Worcester against Yorkshire Rogers captured five for 54. Yorkshire won. For Sussex against Leicester A. E. Gilligan took four for 15. Leicester won.
