INCREASE OF CAPITAL. An extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders in the Bruce Woollen Manufacturing Company, Limited, yesterday passed a reosolutjon that the ampany’s capita] bo increased to '2150,000 by the creation of 50,000 new ■•hares of £1 each. Another resolution was approved unanimously, altering certain clauses of the articles of association to provide for payments only on the basis of paidup capital, instead of divdends on the number of shares held irrespective of the amount paid up.
