INCREASE OF CAPITAL. An extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders in the Bruce Woollen Manufacturing Company, Limited, yesterday passed a reosolutjon that the ampany’s capita] bo increased to '2150,000 by the creation of 50,000 new ■•hares of £1 each.
