LOST IK THE JUNGLE SEARCH PARTY PROP/JSED. LONDON, July 2. Captain Taylor, the proprietor of a hotel in Devonport, and a native of Newton Abbot, Devonshire, of which the South American explorer, Colonel Fawcett, is also a native, has offered to lead an expedition, including a doctor, a geologist, and a ihemist, to search for Colonel Fawcett, of whom there have been no tidings since he started on a trip into the lesser-known wilds of Brazil a couple of years ago. Captain Taylor, who once led an expedition into the Arctic, lias not yet received a reply • from the Royal Geographical Society concerning his offer.
