It is semi-officially announced that an agreement on the Anglo-Egyptian trouble is in sight on the basis of Britain being assured that certain of her fears are unfounded, together with an admission that the Egyptian Parliament will in future take into account that certain matters of a military and diplomatic character must be discussed with the greatest circumspection.
