I SYDNEY, May 6, The latest ’political development in the Labor faction fight is the proposed formation of a straight-out industrial political party, as opposed to the Australian Labor Party. The prime movers, who are launching the new proposal, are alleged to bo members who were prominent in the Seale conference. Members of the Parliamentary Labor Party have been actively canvassed and urged to throw in their lot with the proposed new party. Members of tho Labor Caucus admit that the Ministry as now constituted cannot last long. There has been no Cabinet meeting for a fortnight, and no arrangements have boon made for one.
