‘Elizabeth Jane Miller proceeded against John Rusbridge on a judgment summons ior £5 2s 6d. _ John Drnmm Dow also proceeded against debtor tor a similar amount.—Mr Baylee appeared lor both judgment creditors. Debtor slated ho was earning £4 5s a week and had to pay £2 rent. Ho supported his mother and three young children. He could not make any offer. The Magistrate said debtor was practically in the position of a married man, «s he had to support three young children. He could not see how debtor, could pay anything, and no orders would be made.
