DUNEDIN DRAINAGE.
fo THE EDITOE. Sir.—Noticing a number of letters in your paper lately on the important subject of drainage, I venture to give the opinion of business men engaged in that line of business and myself as_ to the only remedy of the existing evils, and that is that the Dunedin ratepayers insist that the offices of city engineer and drainage engineer be made separate again. From my own experience the suggestions put forward by ‘ Disgusted Nos’. 1 and 2/’ etc., will bring them very little satisfaction.—l am, etc., Bhitish llaunoo. March 30.
