A NEW SCIENCE
Th;> first of a senes of lectures on ‘Tho New’ Science of Man and the Universe ’ was given by Mr W. ii. Hooper, of England, in tho Jubilee Hall last night. His subject was ‘The New Science of L'fe and Health.’
“To-day wo stand or. tho threshold of a new cosmic clay,” said Mr Hocjiei. “ On every hand we see the breaking down of old forces and old traditions.. The breath of a new springtime for tho planet has already begun, and with that new breath of life new powers of life and consciousness aro already beginning to make themselves felt.” In his concluding remarks Mr Hooper said the new science was teaching mankind 'the inner forces of tho mind and soul. In the neav age, as Dr Lane had so ivcll promised, it would be just as wrong to be sick and diseased a* it would’ be to be criminal I’hcy were strong words, ho admitted, bet they were absolutely true To-night's lecture, ‘ The Mind from Four Angles ’
