Davidson, ono of tho competitors in tho motor cycle races at Takapuna on Saturday, as a result of colliding with the inside fence, sustained serious abdominal injuries, and is in hospital in a critical condition. Daniel Neale, aged seveiuv-mna, a resident of Grey Lynn, Auckland, was knocked down by a motor car, when ho stepped into the street, from the shadow ot a tree. A young man named Harley Price, a dairy factory assistant, died in the hospital this morning 'as the result .if an accident in the small hours of Sunday morning. John Orton Barnett, aged seventy, an old resident of Rotorua, dropped dead in the street on Saturday. He lived a retired life. He had relatives in Wellington and Dunedin. A motor lorry, while conveying cream from Reparoa to Rotorua, went over a bank on Saturday night on the Main road. The driver (Martin Scahill) was, brought into hospital.
