The Riga correspondent of Times ’ states that work on the direct Riga-Vladivostock Railway _of 6,800 miles—the world’s longest line—which ceased ten years ago when the Germans captured Riga, will be resumed on January 17 under a Russn-Latvian agreement. There will be one journey weekly each way, occupying thirteen davs.— ‘ The Times.’
