LATE SHIPPING

ARRlVED.—December 14. Tongariro, s.s. (10.50 a.m.), 8,7-9 tons, Captain V. C, White-Parsons, from London via Curacao, Panama, Honolulu, and New Zealand ports. Arawa, s.s. (11.50 a.m.), 4,920 tons, Captain W. 6. Sommers from Liverpool via Panama, Pitcairn Island, and New Zealand ports.

MEASLES ON MAUNGANUI. A Sydney cable states that a case of measles was reported aboard the Maunganui, but after a short delay in quarantine she was allowed to proceed to her berth, which she reached at 5.50 this morning. The Maunganui left Wellington at 3 p.m. on Friday. KAMO RESUMING. The Kamo had boat drill this morning at Port Chalmers. She _ was to come up to Dunedin late this afternoon or to-morrow morning. She will sail to-morrow for Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Napier, Gisborne, and Auckland. She is to load cargo for Auckland because of the Katoa’s delay on the West Coast through the shortage of coal. Captain E R. Lowe will have associated with him the following officers First, Mr T. A. M'P.herson; acting third, Mr VV. A. A. Morris; chief engineer, Mr A. Lang. VESSELS IN WIRELESS CALL. Tho following vessels are expected to be within range of the undermentioned wireless stations to-night:— Auckland.—Tofua, Hinemoa, Kiwitea, Kaitoke, Canadian Spinner, Mernoo, Kartigi, OHvebank, West Conob, Cassiopee.
