MADRID TO THE ARGENTINE GOVERNMENT GRANT VOTED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright MADRID, November IS™ (Received November 19, at 1.15 p.m.) The Ministry has approved of the creation of a company to conduct a weekly airship service to the Argentine, to Seville, where an air port is to be created at the cost of £1,250,000. Three airships are to be constructed to cost £BOO,OOO apiece, to carry forty passengers and forty of a crew and sixteen tons of baggage. The Government voted -£20,000, and agreed to subsidise the service to a maximum of £240,000 annually for five years, after which the air port becomes the Government’s property.
