Nin? coal mining districts have thus far decided in favor of the acceptance of the settlement terms, including Rhondda Valley, which is regarded as significant. The decision of South Wales to accept the 'terms as a matter c*i loyalty to the Miners’ Federation gave a most important lead. Secrecy is maintained in Yorkshire, but it is reported that the proposals were overwhelmingly adopted. - To-day 7,442 miners returned _to work, making the total working 337,153 MORE MONEY FROM RUSSIA. MOSCOW, November 16. (Received November 17, at 1.30 a.ra.) It is announced that the Soviet trade unions have remitted a further £65,000-to the British miners. ,
