NEWSPAPER OFFICE ATTACKED REVOLVER BATTLE ENSUES. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, November 14. A number of Fascists assembled at the offices of the newspaper ‘L’Action Francaise ’ and demanded admittance. When they were refused they broke the windows. The newspaper staff responded with a revolver volley, wounding one of tho assailants. The Fascists returned the fire and departed, carrying their injured comrade. NO MORE INKPOTS. PARIS, November 15. (Received November 16, at 9.20 a.m.) Three Fascists were wounded in the attack on tho newspaper ‘ Action Francaisc,’ which for more than a year has been published in opposition to Fascist views. The editor of _ ‘ Action Francaise ’ says that the Fascists entered with revolvers drawn. There was a violent encounter in the editorial room, where the staff hurled inkpots and the Fascists fired. Whereupon the staff replied. They now state: “Our losses are nothing, except broken windows, and we have no more inkpots.”
