DANGEROUS DOG
JUDGES DISAGREE. LONDON, November 4. Because a fox terrier twice bit persons who were preventing him from lighting other dogs tho Exmouth magistrate branded him as dangerous. Three judges of the Court of Appeal upheld the decision, but Mr Justice Avory disagreed, and said that the dog could not be pronounced dangerous merely because he fought dogs and chased cats—particularly cats.
