PRICE OF FLOUR INCREASED. SYDNEY, October 22. The Flourmill _ Owners’ Association has decided to increaes the price of flour by 10s, to £ls 10s a short ton. CHICAGO WHEAT. NEW YORK, October 21. Chicago wheat: December, 1423; May, 146 7-8 cents per bushel. WHEAT, OATS, ETC. LONDON, October 21. Wheat cargoes are in fair request at fid dearer as a result of the strength of the freight position off-sotting the easier American quotations. Parcels meet with good inquiry at Is to Is fid advance. Liverpool futures: October, 12s 7d; December, 12s ISd; March, 11s old; May, 11s Hid. The spot trade is ouict, and prices are very firm. Flour is firm. Australian (ex store), 44s fid.
