The Now York ‘ World ’ says that on Wednesday, soon after Queen Maria leaves the United States, the Rumanian Government will oiler the American public bond issues amounting to 25,IWO,OOO and 50,000,000 dollars. It adds tiiat Rumania has been negotiating a loan in America since 1921, bnt has been unable to get the funds, the hankers said, because of defaults in connection with the English and French loans and the mining laws of 1924 prohibiting the entry of foreign capital to the oilfields except under Rumanian control, together with the unsettled political conditions. The New York ‘ Times says that the reports that Rumania is about to obtain a loan i in the United States, which have boon inspired by the visit of Queen Marie to this country, Lave received no credence in financial circles.
