BERLIN, October 20. Blending that they were Russian emigres who had fought with General Kolichak’s army, and had been driven to the drug traffic in an. effort to make a livelihood, and were arrested during a smuggling trip to Raria, Baron Sievers, Colonel Papkewilch, a film actor, and Baron Von Meyer wero convicted and sentenced to terms of imprisonment ranging from one to four months. ■ —Sydney ‘ Sun ’ Cable.
