CLAIMS AGAINST EXHIBITION COMPANY
The appeal which was lodged against the decision of the magistrate m awarding damages of £2OO and costs to George Sidford, of Wellington, who was injured in the Fun Factory during the Exhibition, has beon_ abandoned. A number of other claims against the Exhibition Company for injuries sustained in the same way are ponding.
