(Received October 20, at 11.25 a.m.) hi tho Assembly the Minister of Rtilways. Mr J. Larcornbo. introduced a Bill to amend the Railways Act. One of the main provisions will give tho Railway Commissioner power to eliminate stop-work meetings, which, the Minister said, were contrary to tho welfare of tho department and certainly not approved of by the great mass of the men.
