REMARKABLE DEATH
AN OLD LADY’S SHOCK. PILGRIM PROGRESS STORY. LONDON, September 1. A curious death has been recorded. Mrs Elizabeth Lingard, of Llandudno. Wales, aged ninety, after reading or the sale of a rare copy of ‘ Pilgrim’s Progress 1 for £6,5(J0, died of shock when she discovered a similar copy on her bookshelf.
