The remaining half of the residuary estate is to oe held by the Public Trustee upon trust to pay and apply the income arising therefrom to the maintenance and endowment of the residential college referred to, for the repair and upkeep rf the building and its equipment, (or the establishment of bit reams, and generally for the benefit of the gMieral pur, poses of the college.
