The mysterious suicide of tho Archduke Rudolf, beside the body of tho Baroness Votsera, at the hunting lodge at Maylerling, in 1889, is recalled by the equally mysterious suicide of a postal clerk, Ewald Laumann, who shot himself on Baroness Vetsera’s grave, on which ho had frequently placed flowers. He left a letter requesting that ho be buried near her grave.
