MYSTERIOUS TRAGEDY
BARONESS VETSERA’S GRAVE. POSTAL CLERK’S SUICIDE. VIENNA, September 1. The mysterious suicide of tho Archduke Rudolf, beside the body of tho Baroness Votsera, at the hunting lodge at Maylerling, in 1889, is recalled by the equally mysterious suicide of a postal clerk, Ewald Laumann, who shot himself on Baroness Vetsera’s grave, on which ho had frequently placed flowers. He left a letter requesting that ho be buried near her grave.
