WRECKED IN THE BALTIC

(Received September 10, at 11.10 a.m.) The coastal vessel Ncibado was wrecked in the Baltic on August 30. The passengers and - the crew were drowned. A violent storm prevented the fishing boats putting off to the rescue. It is believed that the Ncibado struck a floating mine.
