SHIPPING AND COMMERCE. CONFERENCE TO BE HELD. Praia Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. VANCOUVER, September 9, A message from Scuttle states that, at a conference of tho Pacific Foreign Trade Council, at which Canadian officials and commercial leaders were present, it was announced that a conference would he held next September in Victoria, British Columbia. It is intended that the Prime Minister, members of the British Cabinet, members of the Cabinets of the overseas dominions, members of the American Cabinet, and industrial loaders shall attend this conference for tho'discussion of Pacific problems and mutual shipping and commercial interests.
