DETERMINED TO DIE
A young Parisienno on holiday at. Mont Doro fell madly in lore with a singer at the Ca-sino. On learning that her affection was not reciprocated she decided to commit suicide, and opened her veins. Death being long in coming, she jumped from a window of her hotel, but her fall was broken by a terrace. Then next day she jumped, with her eves bandaged, into a lake, but two chauffeurs rescued her, and a doctor who was passing restored her to life. She is now in haspilal, but declares that she is, still determined to die.
