Schwarz is suspected of impersonating Berger at a medical examination. jßeileitner, it is alleged, then arranged a mountain excursion, inviting Berger, who was made drunk on beer into which brandy was surreptitiously poured. Ho was then pushed over a precipice, and cocaine was injected with fatal results when Berger was found to be alive. Zechner later secured £2OO on account of tho insurance. An exhumation of the body has been ordered.
