Last Saturday night's tournament st tho South Dunedin Town Hall was tho most successful yet hold this year. Tho attendance was largo, and tho play keen and interesting. Mrs Carter and Mr Ramsay tied for first place, each receiving an order for £6. Othor winners were Mcsdaxuis Beattie, MTlonald, M'Brido, and Messrs Scoouos, Casey, Glasham, and MitcholL To-morrow, at 8 o’clock, another attractive programme will be submitted, with a total prize list of £25, headed by an order for £lO.
